NEW AKV 9330 for power capacitor testing
Tettex announces the launch of a New 300A PD coupler (AKV 9330) for PD testing of large power capacitors. This addresses head-on the twin problems associated with large capacitor PD testing –reduced measurement sensitivity and high test current requirement. By a new approach, AKV 9330 amplifies the PD measuring sensitivity by several folds while simultaneously filtering out the power frequency current up to 300A. It is an ideal IEC 60270 compliant solution for PD Testing of Power Capacitors.

Distribution transformers are "mass production equipment"; high testing-throughput is a must without compromising quality. Our new DTTS aims at a highly automated test procedure using well-prepared sequences and minimal manual intervention to keep the test duration of a single transformer as short as possible and to avoid human errors.

NEW 2830/2831
The Tettex 2830/2831 is the result of extensive research and years of experience testing dielectric properties of liquid and solid insulating materials. It incorporates a fast and highly advanced procedure to measure Capacitance and tan δ, DC resistance and relative permittivity ε_r (dielectric constant) of liquid or solid insulating materials.

Cable test termination systems are used for high voltage testing of power cables.
Before high voltage (AC or Impulse) can be applied the power cable need to be prepared and terminated in a special way order to control the electrical field distribution along the ends.

The Tettex 2293 is the result of extensive research and years of experience testing transformers.
It incorporates a fast and highly advanced procedure to measure winding resistance. A simple one-time-connection system together with the simultaneous winding magnetization method drastically reduces measuring time.
