[ Transformer Test System ]

The 2285 is a computer controlled test system for power transformers. The system performs automated measurement of:
Turns ratio
 Winding resistance
 Heat run tests are supported by:
- Cold resistance 
- Temperature mesurement and supervision during temperature rise
- Cooling curve
- Extrapolation
There are up to 18 resistance measuring channels and up to 24 temperature measuring channels available.
Automated tap changer control is supported.
The test point selector and the two powerfull supplies enable measurements at various test configurations on transformers with up to 3 winding systems with 3 phases.


TMS 580

[ Transformer Measuring Sytem ]

The TMS 580 is a computer controlled high precision measuring system for power transformers. The system has distinguished itself in the rugged environment of the transformer test facility. The design ensures that its control and instrumentation function circuits remain unaffected by interference fields. The system performs automated measurement of:
Load loss measurement
No-load loss measurement
Heat run
Induced voltage test
Zero sequence measurement

There is also a Wattmeter function to perform quick and easy measurements without any additional calculations. The measuring data are accessible from other host systems for further processing.

TTR 2795

[ Transformer Turns Ratio Meter ]

On-site testing of turns ratio is an important basic measurement for power transformer diagnosis. It helps to detect faulty transformer windings as well as defective tap changer positions.
The simple ratio of turns or voltage and the related ratio error is not sufficient to detect all possible failures of a power transformer winding. The excitation current and the phase angle between primary and secondary windings give additional information about the winding condition. The TTR 2795 provides all these measurements in one compact instrument.

RVM 5462

[ Recovery Voltage Meter ]

The Recovery Voltage Method is based on established knowledge: the phenomenon of the polarization of oil/paper impregnated insulation. By this method, insulation condition is established by tracing the polarization spectrum from the results of the recovery voltage measurements.
The instrument, the Recovery Voltage Meter type RVM 5462 effectively completes the range of the conventional insulation diagnosis methods, e.g. dissipation factor, partial discharge measurements, oil analysis, and so on.

FRA 5310

[ Frequency Response Analyser ]

The FRA 5310 is a diagnosis instrument for the detection of mechanical distortions of transformer winding. These distortions can be caused by electro-dynamical forces which appear during short-circuits or by transportation damages during movement.
The Sweep Frequency Response Analysis method is based on winding transfer function measured in a wide range of frequency. The system records the transformers “frequency response fingerprint”. Even small winding movements or distortions will cause legible change of transfer curve, which can be detected
A powerful, easy-to-use operation and analysis Windows software runs on this touch screen controlled measuring instrument. Special active measuring probes minimise the influence of test object connecting and earthing which results in reproducible measurements.
