ACS, PSZ

[ Cylinder type Transformer Systems ]

Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers).
The possibility of stacking several of these transformer modules allows reaching very high voltage levels by keeping reasonable floor space.

[ Tank type Transformer Systems ]

Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers).
These systems are also qualified for continuous duty, long duration tests.

TSS

[ Gas insulated Transformer Systems ]

SF6 insulated test transformers are designed for testing metal-clad switchgear (GIS) and substation equipment. The conventional transformer can be flanged directly to the GIS. This makes testing of such installations possible without feeding them trough an air-SF6 bushing.
Therefore the merits of the encapsulation remains effective also during the test which is essential for PD tests.

KK, KKF, TK

[ Coupling Capacitors & Filter ]

KK and TK series coupling capacitors are used as resonant system base load, separation of PD signals from the high voltage, measuring AC voltages and attenuating interferences from HV side (KKF type with additional filtering inductance).

KEV

[ Cable Test Termination up to 100kV ]

KEV series oil-insulated cable test terminations are used for AC testing as well as for PD testing on extruded insulation medium voltage cables. KEV series is available for rated voltages up to 100kV.

[ Cable Test Termination System ]

The CTTS series water-insulated cable test terminations are used to test extruded insulation high-voltage cables. These terminations can be used for PD measurements, impulse voltage testing, tan delta measurements and for breakdown testing. Rated voltages up to 800kV are available.

[ Water Conditioning Unit ]

The Water Conditioning Unit is used to deionize the water that circulates through the cable test terminations and to remove the heat generated by the current flowing through the water. Simple control and command of the system by magnetic valves and electrical regulations give an easy system use.

OT 276

[ AC Controller, Manual ]

The manual desktop operating terminal OT 276 allows manual, easy control of an AC test system.
The device is primarily intended as low cost, stand-alone solution for small AC source, which do not require an embedded control.

OT 248

[ AC System Controller ]

The desktop controller OT 248 allows comfortable, flexible automated control of an AC system based either on a conventional transformer or on a resonat test system.
The OT 248 can also be remote controlled via RS 232 interface. The unit supports manual operation as well as automated test sequences. The device is primarily intended for use in automated test bays, which are controlled by a host computer. Beside this the instrument can also be applied for stand-alone AC source, which do not require an embedded solution.

OT 257

[AC System PC Controls ]

This Industrial PC based control system is specifically designed for the needs of HV AC testing. The system is running a Windows based operating software package. Active and passive safety is implemented into the system as independent external emergency switches, software watchdogs, graphic symbols and status information for fast understanding. A protocol file can be used for a further calculation. The protocol file is accessible in ASCI format which can be imported in the most spreadsheet or stochastic programs. A Report File can be created for further data processing.

DMI 551

[ Digital Universal Measuring Instrument ]

The Digital Measuring Instrument DMI 551 is a microprocessor controlled instrument for measurement of AC, DC and impulse peak voltages. The instrument has also implemented a flash detector to store and display the last voltage measurement and its polarity before a breakdown or flashover occurred.
Typical main applications of the unit include measurements of a voltage divider output or for automated product testing where the DMI 551 is integrated into a complete control and measuring platform. A DKD calibration certificate is optional available.
